🛒 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer:

  • Nationwide Shipping: Across all cities and regions in Pakistan.
  • International Shipping: United Arab Emirates.

📦 2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Within Pakistan:

Note: Delivery time may vary based on your location and unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, customs, etc.).

🔍 4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Use this number to track your parcel via carrier’s tracking portal.

🕒 5. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays or weather disruptions
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Courier service delays

If your package is delayed more than 7 business days beyond the estimated time, contact us at support@mallmega.store.

🌍 6. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply in their country. MallMega.store is not liable for such charges or any shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes.

📦 7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is:

  • Damaged: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Not Delivered / Lost: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
